9-station James Hardie brand sprinkler controller. The controller is probably nearly 30 years old, but it still works perfectly. We are selling it because we have replaced it with a new controller that can be controlled remotely from a smartphone app.

The original instruction manual is included.

It was hardwired in to 120-volt AC power. It could be adapted to plug into a wall socket by opening the attached junction box and wiring in a power cord.

The features include:

• Three programs. Each program can control one or more stations. Each program can also have one or more start times, if you want to run some stations more than once per day.
• Within a program, each station has its own duration. For example, you could set station 1 to run 20 minutes and station 4 to run 27 minutes.
• "Water budgeting." Each program has its own "water budget." At 100%, each station runs the specified time. If the water budget is set to less than 100% or more than 100%, the station watering time will be adjusted by the specified amount. For example, if the station watering time is 20 minutes, but the water budget for the program is set to 120%, then the station will run for 24 minutes. Use this feature to quickly adjust watering times across all the stations in a program to adjust according to conditions, e.g., increasing it if it is hot and dry, or reducing it if the weather is cool.
• Rain/off. Turn off watering until it is turned back on. Alternatively, set the sprinklers to be off for a desired number of days.
• Water days. There are several options for controlling which days the sprinklers run on, on a per-program basis. The options are:
• Odd or even days.
• Every n days, e.g., every three days.
• On specified days of the week.
• Operate a single station. You can manually set a length of time for between one and four stations to run. They will run one time for the specified amount of time, then stop.
