These are 18inch heavy-duty safety cones. Have about 100 of them, $20 each.

About half of them were used them to cover ground stakes to protect the public from tripping so they have a slit cut in them (see third picture) that went around a guy wire, still very functional but will give $5 off each one, so $15 each.
