I am selling my late father’s camper that is mounted on a dual axel trailer. He bought the camper new in 1977, in about 1995 he bought the dual axle trailer and mounted the camper on it. The camper is in relatively good condition for its age and the trailer is like new. At some point in time, the emergency hatch/vent over the main bed leaked, with minimal damage (see pic). He then installed a metal corrugated roof to stop further leaking (see pic). By the condition of the trailer and the tires, it appears it was not used much after that, if at all. He also built an enclosed storage areas under the upper portion of the camper, as well as in the wheel well areas. I have not verified the working conditions of the water systems, the 12 v electrical systems, or LP system. I am not implying or guaranteeing that everything is in working order, however he maintained it very well over time he years he was using it. I have the clear title. The camper/trailer is located in Farr West and I live in Cache Valley, so appointments to view this would need to be made. Cash or Venmo only.
