Safe ROOMY Paddocks with Run-in Stalls available. Room for multiple horses. Self-care to full-care and everything in-between. There is even a HUGE mare and foal paddock. Board includes:

• unlimited and private use of 50x90 outdoor riding area and 60 ft round pen. 40x60 grass arena and 50 ft round-ish pen. Only one other boarder to share use with. We have solar lights for late evening riding. Obstacles like ground poles, bridge, barrels and cones available for use.
• access to turn-out if ground is not wet - can also use round pen or arena for turn-outs.
• shared tack room.
• You provide feed, we provide water trough and feed 3 times per day. Manure removal weekly or bi-weekly (depends on schedule). $360/month is for full care per horse
• Can arrange for working horses and Lessons for beginners and confidence building.
• Paddocks are 25x30 or larger with 12x12 run-in stalls for shelter. There is one mare and foal paddock that is 50x30 with a run-in stall 12x18. This could also be a double horse paddock.
• Paddocks are built up to avoid flooding. Water is drained to the rear and shelters and front paddocks are dry--No standing in inches of water and muck. Your horse will be comfortable.
• Bed your stalls however you like: Sand, rubber mats, straw, pellets, or shavings. Currrently there is arena sand in the stalls.
• Big gates for access! Either 6, 8 or 12 foot gates on all paddocks.
• Not a fancy place, but it is private, quiet and safe for your horses. A good, DRY and quiet place for the winter, spring, fall and summer.
• Located central to lots of riding opportunities, i.e. Antelope Island, Rail Trail, Hooper, West Haven and other Arenas.
• Additional facilities available include: trailer/truck parking or storage $25 month
• Price of $360/month is for full care for one horse plus hay - Multi-horse discounts.
• Work for board is also available! Up to four hours per week for manure removal, weed control, help building new paddocks, etc.
