I just dropped the price from $10,750 to $8,800. I started with a $12K price point and it is worth every penny. This is an incredible toy hauler with a GREAT floor plan! I have enjoyed every moment with this small toy hauler! It is amazing being able to go to all the places the big toy hauler can't go! Be secluded and enjoy quiet evening away from the crowd! Everything works flawless in this camp trailer. The roof is in amazing shape. The awning is in amazing shape. All the tires are in great condition, including the spare time, which is a matching tire and wheel. I am very meticulous about flushing the black water twice everytime I dump it, and keeping the cleaning and deodorizing solution in the tank. The worst is picking up someone's used RV and they didn't do this. Getting rid of that "outhouse smell" everytime you flush is a nightmare. Have confidence that you are getting a well treated toy hauler in every way! A few simple additions from what this would come Factory include the following:

• cable kit for rear door\
• cutting board over stove top for more counter space\
• added flip up table at end of counter\
