All lights have been tested and appeared to work. Power cords come with lights. Comes with everything shown even the large luggage with cutout forms for the lighting fixtures.
I am not a photographer and have not used these personally so I cannot say how much use they have seen or had. These do look to be in good shape and were kept inside of this large case. Case does have a broken handle.
Comes with some diffusers and extras shown in case.
