This is an early production E 440 date coded HP engine that has a standard forged crank, LY connecting rods, water pump housing, 906 heads, windage tray, oil pan valve covers and HP exhaust manifolds. Block has been bored .030 over at one time and will need machining for rebuild. Came out of a 69 Plymouth GTX identifiable by the RS23 VIN number stamped on the side of the block. This is a great find for the price. Make a great date code correct block for your Mopar build.
