Selling our 2021 Jayco fifth wheel. We purchased new in 21 and have lived in it full time ever sense. I has been primarily stationary in Northern Utah. We are currently full time RV living and located in Logan Ut.

We just replaced (June 2025) both Coleman Mach 15 A/C unit (ducted) with the updated model with the "power saver" feature. We also installed a 3rd Gree (non-ducted) unit.

We have updated two of the three TV's with smart TV's. We removed the three piece glass shower glass with a curved shower curtain rod. It gives the shower a more roomy feel while also remover roughtly 150 lbs of unnecessary weight. We removed the small shelves w/cup holders from the bedside and replaced them with actual bedside tables with more functionality. We have done other similar touches to make our trailer more comfortable and functional.

We have professionally made vynle fitted skirting as well as the swivels that hold them on. Light grey in color and match the trailer well. Also comes with the 125 gallon bulk LP tank and three tall 40 gallon LP tanks.
