PHYSICAL CONDITION: Very Good - The rack is solid and sturdy. The back paint has a number of scratches and some tape residue in areas. The bottom cross bar is missing 1 of it's 2 plastic piece's where the it meets the frame. The wheels roll smooth and the rack rails are in great shape, overall, it's in very good condition.

WORKING CONDITION: Excellent - From the wheels, to the rack rails, this unit is in great shape. Hardware is solid and is well balanced. Overall working condition is excellent.
