Has a smudge tape mark as pictured, linings good, coat is 4ft from collar to bottom sleeve is 22 in from shoulder to bottom sleeve. I do not see a size smudge on rear of left shoulder. 17 inches for shoulders. At the tie coat is 18 inches across, can be wrapped tighter but not looser. This coat is from 1976.
