I am looking to lease my mare, Annie. She is a 15.3hh 6yr old grade qh. Annie does english(no jumping) or western pleasure and trails. She is not spooky and has a nice smooth wtc. She likes a quiet rider with a good seat(doesnt like flopping around) and requires a more advanced rider due to her canter. She can have a beautiful slow lope, or a more forward canter, but occasionally bolts if asked too loudly or not setup correctly. She needs someone quiet and patient and not timid. Once she knows and respects you she is very easy going and push button, but can be stubborn if she doesnt think you're actually going to make her work. That being said, she is very sweet and loves people and kids. She is just young and not for beginners.

Annie knows her leads, collects with some effort, carries a flag, side passes, flying leads changes, does great on trails and in arenas. All tack is provided. This is an on-site lease at a facility that has indoor and outdoor arenas and trail access right off property.

Super gentle miniature mare for small kiddos is also possible for leasing, would be a great option for a advanced rider mom with littles who needs some barn time.
