To start off, I’ve been in this industry for over 20 yrs. I am a buyer and seller of stamped bullion / precious metals. One of the advantages to doing a deal with me is that I am very competitive with bullion businesses around town in pricing and I require NO PERSONAL INFORMATION about you for any deal we do. It’s a bartering situation between two private individuals. If you sell to a bullion business, they are required by the government to take a government issued photo ID and copy it and also take a fingerprint from you in order to complete the transaction. Transactions dealing with $10,000 cash or more either way ( buying or selling ) are even further reported to the government. Very invasive into your personal business. In my opinion anyway. All my deals are cash only. You can ask me a quote on any precious metals, buying or selling, and I can usually get back to you within five minutes. I sell worldwide gold coins under spot !!
