We can also rehab a property For Sale or to clean up to make viewable.Pricing: We are a 2 man crew$80.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) for trouble shooting and minor repairs. Plus expenses and materials. We also offer flat rate bids on larger projects or any project you would like an estimate on, cost of the estimate is $100, if we are hired on the spot the estimate is free, if we are hired at a later date the estimate cost will be applied to project balance.We have immediate openings available!
