Hornet nest display. Utah Bald faced hornet paper nest.

I find these in the late fall, after the hornets abandon the nest. The queen leaves the nest to hibernate over the winter and starts a new nest the next year.

It's lucky to find them in such great condition because the squirrels and birds like to tear them apart.

Great for home decor.
