Unlike gravity tilts, the TDX uses a massive industrial-grade scissor hoist to power the bed up and down.

12" x 19lb (or 22lb) I-Beam Frame with Torque Tube

The TDX is built on a massive I-beam backbone, reinforced with a structural torque tube running the length of the frame.

• The Benefit: A torque tube is a massive pipe welded into the frame that prevents "frame oscillation" or twisting while on the highway. This is critical for 30-foot to 40-foot trailers that are carrying heavy, top-heavy loads.

Pierced-Beam Low-Pro Design

The 3" channel crossmembers are "pierced" through the main I-beam rather than sitting on top of it.

• The Benefit: It lowers the deck height by approximately 4.5 inches. In a deckover, every inch counts—this lower center of gravity makes the trailer much more stable at highway speeds and provides a shallower 12° loading angle.

Standard on high-spec TDX models, the crossmembers are spaced just 12 inches apart.

The TDX utilizes a "Dual" setup (4 tires per axle) with 10K, 12K, or 15K axles.

• The Benefit: Redundancy and Capacity. Having 8 tires on the ground provides incredible stability and weight distribution. If you blow one tire, you still have three others on that side to get you safely to the shoulder.
