The MAXX-D TOX is the heavy-duty "Power Tilt Deckover." While the T6X and T8X have fenders that equipment must fit between, the TOX features a flat deck that sits entirely above the wheels. This makes it the ultimate choice for hauling wide-track equipment, palletized materials, or side-loaded cargo like hay or building supplies that require a full 102" of usable width.

Think of it as the maneuverable, bumper-pull (or gooseneck) alternative to the massive TDX tandem-dual.

CORE FEATURES OF THE MAXX-D TOXFull 102" Wide Flush Deck Because the deck is "over" the tires, there are no fenders to navigate.

• The Benefit: You can haul equipment with extra-wide tracks or tires (like wide-series skid steers or small tractors) that simply won't fit between the 83" fenders of a standard tilt. It also allows for side-loading with a forklift, making it a versatile tool for hotshotters and suppliers.

Twin Hydraulic Cylinder Power Tilt The TOX utilizes two heavy-duty hydraulic rams to raise and lower the 22' tilting section.

• The Benefit: Dual cylinders provide balanced lifting force, which is critical on a wide deck. If your load is slightly off-center, the dual-ram system prevents the deck from twisting or racking, ensuring the hinge pins and frame stay aligned for years of service.

10" x 12lb I-Beam Main Frame The backbone of the TOX is a structural I-beam, usually stepping up to 10" on the 17.5K models.

• The Benefit: Most standard deckovers use an 8" beam. By moving to a 10" I-beam, MAXX-D ensures the trailer can handle the "leverage" forces of a tilting deckover without the frame bowing. It provides a rock-solid foundation for high-stress loading cycles.

Pierced-Beam Low-Profile Construction The crossmembers are "pierced" through the main I-beam web rather than sitting on top.

• The Benefit: This is the most important feature for a deckover. It lowers the deck height by 4.5 inches, bringing it down to roughly 32"–33". This lower center of gravity makes the trailer significantly more stable on the highway and gives you a much shallower 15° loading angle compared to standard deckovers.

22' Standard Tilt Bed (with Stationary Options) While the tilt bed is a fixed 22' length, the trailer can be ordered in total lengths up to 30'.

• The Benefit: On a 26' or 28' model, you get a 4' or 6' stationary front deck. This is the "sweet spot" for contractors; you can park your buckets, pallets of seed, or fuel tanks on the level front section while tilting the rear to swap out your machine.

Diamond Plate "Knife Edge" Tail The rear 2 feet of the deck are reinforced with steel diamond plate that tapers to a sharp edge.
