I have two of these half size violins. This is the first one.

This is a vintage violin that is still in good condition. I usually like to fix these up before I sell them with new strings and a new tailpiece, but I just don't have time. This violin was made in West Germany and seems to be in sound condition. If it was up to me I would replace the strings and the tailpiece. The bridge seems to be in good condition. I would also get a better case. You will also need a shoulder rest. I do not have a bow for this violin. No bow included in the sale. You'll need to bring a bow if you want to try it out. The soundpost is upright. It is playable in its current condition but you're going to want to replace the strings at a minimum. This would be a really good violin to start out with a younger child. Much better than the cheap Chinese ones you can buy on Amazon.

I would like $80 for this violin as is.

This violin is located in Central Utah but I work in Springville and can bring it with me to work and meet you during the day or after work somewhere in Utah County. I will be in Salt Lake County for Thanksgiving Day. Give me enough notice so I can bring it with me one way or another.
