Pair of vintage POGO toys: Pogo Possum, 4” tall, and the turtle, Churchy La Femme, 5” tall, created by Walt Kelly, first appearing in a Dell Comic Book in 1941. Later, Pogo was a daily comic strip and was syndicated to American newspapers from 1948 until 1975.

The toys were made in Japan and are in good condition with no chips, cracks or scars but do have wear on the paint consistent with their age.

Churchy La Femme has movable arms and head. Pogo Possum has a movable head.
