This starter has been well-loved and is fed only organic flour and we use filtered water from our Berkey.
Comes in a new glass quart mason jar that it can live in as it is large enough to feed your starter in.
If you let me know the night before, I can have it fed so it’s active and ready for baking upon pickup. I can also message you pictures from our favorite baking book so you have instructions on how to feed your starter as well as bake your first loaf with it!
