This dollhouse is ready to use as-is or can be re-accessorized to your liking. It is pre-lit and comes with everything you see here including decorations for Christmas! There are many hand-made miniature custom accents and the furniture was styled after modern times. You may see that there is also a thin plexi-cover installed over the back to prevent dust and small hands from inserting. This is probably not a house for very young children who are rough and used to Melissa & Doug type toys.

The base measures 20 x 25.5 and it stands 29" tall. The electric fuse has been replaced and there are a couple spares if needed. It is on a lazy susan so it can be rotated easier.
