This is a padded undershirt that is designed to be worn underneath your shoulder pads, uniform, or karate gi. It was not made for karate, but that is what I used it for. The padding is thin, not bulky. So no one could tell that I was wearing it. It is a medium. I normally wear large. You can see how it fits on me. It has been used very little. By the way, the red sleeves are NOT part of it. That is the shirt I am wearing underneath it.
