14 K gold ring, with one main diamond plus 3 smaller diamonds on engagement band.

Bought 31 years ago at Sierra West Jewelers.

Guessing it's about a Size 7 (?)

I do not have a box for it, but I do have a felt jewelry bag with drawstring.
