From the back yard you can see Utah Lake and the valley. The Murdock trail is just 100 feet down the road, and a golf course is within easy walking distance. The room is fairly large, comfortable and well appointed. It has a nice private bathroom and a spacious closet. The bedroom is carpeted. The common living area has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, TV viewing room, workout equipment, and rec room. The common rooms are beautifully tiled and there is a sitting room where you can entertain friends or just sit and watch TV. The rec room has a pool table and shuffleboard table. The kitchen has full-sized appliances, 2 refrigerators, and everything you need, including free use of the washer and dryer. You will share the home with 2 other adults who have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The current residents are both mature, quiet gentleman.
