Comes with: 10 large covers 11 medium covers 9 reusable cloth liners 26 snap in nylon liners to hold the cloth or disposable liners 1 wet bag 2 unopened packages of biodegradable liners, 32 in each 3 opened packages of disposable liners
The diaper elastics do seem somewhat worn, but as I haven't used them I can't tell you for sure how useable they still are.
