This chair is 18 years old and is still a very comfortable chair. It is real leather and the rocker/recliner is fully functional. I bought it for my wife to use in the nursery and it was used well.

I wouldn't mind keeping it, but we don't use it as often and could better utilize the space it takes up.

In the small picture, you can see that child at some point got something on it, but that's pretty minimal wear and tear for it's age and use.
