Houseboat weeks are chosen each fall in a rotating selection process. Weeks start/end on Sundays with the outgoing owner departing the boat by noon to allow adequate time for the incoming owner to take possession of the boat at 2:00 p.m. 50% of the annual dues is due by January 15th, the remaining on June 15th, which cover costs such as insurance, slip fees and general boat maintenance. The boat is owned by experienced partners who have a well-documented series of checklists to assist new partners in getting up to speed with houseboat ownership and maintenance.
