Gold colored, painted metal, one seat, decorative carriage. A lot of time went into this beautiful piece. I have not been able to find anything like it. It is metal with gold paint, studs, shiny things and stuff. My friend spent a lot of time on this. The wheels roll, the seat and platform is all metal, nothing cheap about this. Not sure it is a toy because it is really quite beautiful. Not sure it is for the outdoors either, unless it is covered. Asking $75
