TAYLOR 814ce-N (Nylon). This is a wonderful Taylor guitar that looks and plays beautifully. Rosewood back and sides with spruce top and maple binding. The Taylor electronics, as usual, sound great. If you like something a little easier than an acoustic steel string, or if you like a slightly wider neck but still want access to a full 14- fret neck plus have access to those high notes via a cutaway, this guitar is perfect. When I taught guitar I encouraged my students to start with a nylon like this, because it’s just so much easier to play, but still has the feel of a standard acoustic guitar. I’m the original owner. I haven’t played this guitar other than the first few weeks after I bought it. It still has the original strings. Beautiful finish with no scratches or dings. I bought it thinking I would use it for a recording project that didn’t end up happening. But if I was a Nylon player or a beginner or needed nylon for some of the songs in my set, this would absolutely be my guitar of choice. It comes with the original Taylor hardshell case and the various paperwork that came with the guitar. These sell new for $4,000.00 and this one is definitely just like new. $2,500.00.
