I have a unique ring where the band is black tourmaline stones on stretchy elastic instead of metal. There is a square quartz stone on it. Tourmaline and quartz together are supposed to have healing energy to restore harmony and tranquility. I wear a 6 1/2 and it fits me. It’s elastic so it can go bigger but I think it would pinch.
