You will feel at home whether your off the beaten path, in the comforts of a cozy RV park or parked behind your house for an ADU (additional dwelling unit) for use as a rental or Airbnb. The Anne weighs just under 11,000 pounds and can be towed comfortably behind a 3/4 ton pick up truck. It is made to sleep 4 adults comfortably. It comes with built in solar panels that can power up a solar generator of your choice or be plugged in shore power on a 30 amp RV outlet for easy hookup. It is also electric generator ready so that you can run it off grid if needed. When you want heating or cooling simply turn on the 110 volt mini split with in shire power or a generator. It comes with a 45 gallon fresh water tank and an on demand hot water heater. It has a maintenance free metal panel and cement board exterior. It comes with a full sized bathtub shower combo and regular toilet. It has 2 TV’s with dvd player in each of the sleeping quarters.
