Our all-inclusive monthly rate of $2,995 includes everything needed for comfortable, independent living:

• Three prepared meals per day, with snacks always available
• All utilities included, including internet and television
• Weekly housekeeping and cleaning services
• Laundry services (washed, dried, and folded)
• Comfortable, fully furnished common areas
• A calm, respectful residential setting

Grandview is an independent living home and does not provide medical care, personal care assistance, or medication management.

Grandview is ideal for seniors who do not require medical or assisted-living care but want the convenience of daily services handled for them allowing more time to enjoy life without household burdens.

Located on the East Bench of Sandy, Utah in a desirable, quiet neighborhood, the home offers close proximity to hospitals, medical offices, grocery stores, shopping, and the Wasatch foothills.
