I believe these are new based on the condition, but not 100% sure.. The box was hammered from shipping so there are some scuff marks on one of them. Looks like this set retails for $1,500 for all 4. Picked these up at an auction and I am not a mechanic, so likely cannot answer any technical questions on them.
