We have had this trailer for about 3 years and have loved it. Only reason we are selling it is because it only gets used about 2 x a year and we would like to downsize since we don’t need a toy hauler. In the past 6 months we have replaced the water heater, re coated the roof with sealer, re sealed the back 4 windows since a couple were leaking, replaced water pump, installed new toilet, new shower fixtures, fixed 1 electric jack, (second jack is starting to have some issues now but still works occasionally), installed new flooring and underlayment, painted walls. The flooring has been done through the entire trailer other than the bathroom area shown in pictures. We were going to install carpet but haven’t finished it yet. We still have enough hard wood flooring to finish that area and it will be included with trailer. Walls could use some touch up painting to clean it up.
