My brother had an interest in woodcarving for decades, and had been assembling a group of woodworking tools and support items for this hobby so that when he retired, he would be set; until health issues arose.
As the pictures show, the two sets of woodcarving tools; the Rockler 5 Piece Power Grip Set and the 7 piece Alltrade one (vintage from 1983) are brand new.
The box with all of the woodcarving tool grips; ones that my brother made from blanks and with most with tooling holes drilled in them to insert various blades, were ones that my machinist brother intended to design and fabricate his own blades with.
There are a couple of other woodcutting tools that he used to make the head of the walking stick; using the booklet for how to carve one, plus several knife sharpening tools – including a set of barber straps!
In looking online, everything you see in the pictures would run about $220.00; probably a little more; to buy individually. Therefore, my asking price of $45.00 FOR EVERYTHING seems very fair. And, at this price; it would be a very inexpensive way to start woodcutting as a hobby!
If interested, please call or text Randy @ 801-830-7556.
