I purchased this Thomas the Tank Engine Lamp and Shade in 1993 for my son's room, and it was used less than 5 months before we moved and changed his room theme to Cowboys. The cord has an On-Off rotating switch to make it easy to turn it on and off.

As the pictures show, this lamp is in like new condition, and the Shade is as well; due to its very short usage. It has been in a sealed box for the last 33 years, so time to let some other child enjoy it.

If you look online, this exact lamp - without its lamp shade which is obviously an important part of it, has an asking price of $21.99 + shipping so my asking price of $12.00 for it including the original shade is a very good value!
