With a tested maximum load of 5000 lbs. per square foot, they are more than up to the task of supporting larger spas. Concrete for swim spas is expensive, and often difficult to schedule to be poured. EZ Pads can be set up in minutes saving you the time and money. Price is for three 4x4 pads, Total 4x12 pads. These are heavy - Box 1 = 90lbs, Box 2 = 45lbs
