This is a rendering of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ogden, Utah/corner 24th & Adams Ave., (did the actual on-site visual comparison - date unknown of the piece..?). Don't know if there is a signature beneath the matt..? Very nice Matt and Frame. 18 1/2 W x 28 L
