We have space for a self contained Tiny House or RV on an enclosed private lot. We would love to welcome someone who needs a temporary place to park and live in a tiny house/RV.

Dry camping/boondocking: $350/month Hooked up to water/power: $600/month There is no access to sewer. You will need to have a cassette toilet or other solution. No generators allowed.

We're located in a neighborhood near a park. You'll have access to the lot via a gated entry.

No outside guests are permitted on the lot at anytime. This is a place for you to live/work privately. Guests can be entertained in the nearby park. Pets are permitted but you MUST clean up after them. No smoking, drugs, alcohol No long term stay commitments are needed. The first month is on a trial basis but either party (us or you) may terminate this arrangement with 24 hours notice. Security/rent deposit of $200 is required.
