This is practically brand new. It was used for 20 mins to guard our Christmas tree from a cat and child... and neither had any interest in the tree like I feared haha. My loss is your gain. This gate is very well made, sturdy and works great. Has 4 feet to stabilize it from tipping over. Does not slide around when placed. 83in wide by 30in tall.
