Very nice with no damage and the height adjustment is smooth and can be stopped anywhere between 21 inches low to 32 inches high. Rotates and has a footrest, what more could you need? Pick up here in Heyburn, shipping would be difficult.
This note is for people who really read the entire ad, I have an identical chair to the one in the picture except it is a plastic seat rather than padded for $20.
