These Phoenix gold elites are competition subs 3500 watts max each and 1200 watts rms each . The jl audio can run 1000 watts rms with 12 volt . Together these subs hit hard and sound clean . I took them out of my Mercedes when I sold it and bought a truck so these don’t fit . I see these amps used on ebay for upwards of $700
