I have one. I bought it for my Promaster van but couldn't wait for Amazon to deliver. It's complete, you just need to disassemble the wheel, remove the axle bolt and replace it. I'm in Murray (84117). I was going to return it but the price in a store for immediate delivery isn't worth it; I prefer to keep it or sell it privately.
