Furniture is used. Clean, non-smoking family. The furniture feels the same as when I bought it in 2023. No flat cushions, no tears, no smell. Every thing feels great and is in great shape. Beautiful sofa and loveseat. The left side of the loveseat is mostly used by me and shows signs of wear. Not really that bad, though.
