It has a two small tack nails that make the back of the top draws other than that you will not find another nail or screw that was used to craft this unique piece. The top sets on top of four dowels that are built on the top of the two ends. This desk is 4 pieces including a glass top to protect it. Won't lie it does have a few minor chips on a couple edges but over all its a eye catcher and amazing piece.
