the Blue thing that looks like a HDMI dongle is a switch upscaler. I really makes a difference when the switch is in docked mode.

(not pictured: 2 USB chargers. 1 for the upscaler, 1 for the controller switch does have a screen protector on it. Micro SD card included. see picture for size.

Switch is updated to latest firmware, and is already factory reset.
