Lazy Day Resort consists of two beautiful 6 bedroom / 6 full & 2 ½ bath neighboring homes, located in Santa Clara within the Paradise Village at Zion Complex. With a combined total of 12 bedrooms / 12 & 4 ½ baths, Lazy Day Retreat can comfortably sleep up to 46 guests.

Within each home you will find an expansive, fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of seating. Perfect for cooking something everyone in the family will love or catering a company dinner. Each home also has outdoor seating and their own BBQ! With two living rooms in each home, it provides families with plenty of room to play games, catch up, and host movie nights. For those corporate retreats, 2 living rooms in each home is perfect for breakout sessions. With multiple game stations and a sports court in each home; there will never be a dull moment at Lazy Day Resort. The backyards have a connecting gate, allowing free access to both private pools and hot tubs. Challenge the other home to a game of pool volleyball over the fence! At the end of the day, take comfort in the privacy of your own room with a smart TV for a personal movie night. Paradise Village 107:

The Resort is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 6 & 2 ½ bath home. The Resort can comfortably accommodate 20 guests or up to 26 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses and 2 twin foam mats. This extraordinary home was designed with features to create memories that will last a lifetime. With many amenities, you will not need to leave The Resort to have the vacation of your dreams! Spend your days lounging next to the private pool or challenging each other to a game of pool basketball. Compete in basketball, pickleball, tennis, or hockey on the sports court; or pull out spike ball and corn hole from the garage for even more entertainment! The kids will love climbing all over the kid rock wall or playing in the kid toy room while you barbeque a delicious meal. Grab a bowl of popcorn and settle in for a movie night, with Smart TVs, Direct TV, and surround sound; movie nights have never been so enjoyable! If everyone cannot agree on a movie, no worries! There are two living rooms, both with Smart TVs, Direct TV, an Xbox 1, and surround sound; everyone will be able to enjoy a movie or game of their choice. Have a game tournament in the game room, with 3 TVs, 3 Xbox 1’s, Super Nintendo, Atari game System, and Direct TV; game tournaments or streaming a playoff game has never been easier!
