this tv was working well until one night there was a power outage. when the power came back on, it started acting like this it's probably a power supply issue but I don't have the time to fix it. I think the panel itself is still good because when the one connect box is disconnected it shows clearly with no lines. since it was wall mounted I don't have the feet and there is some small damage on the bottom from moving it $500 OBO reach out if your interested.
