I picked this up years ago and project plans changed so it's just sat under my workbench. It's never been ran or even had fluids in it. It has a 6:1 gear reduction box mounted and a 1 inch output shaft.

It slipped once and broke an ear off the base you can see in the photos. I still have the piece and it can be welded back on. Paid over $1000 I'll let it go for $400 because of the repair.
