My brother received this BSA award of the "Order of the Arrow" in 1975; and as the pictures show, it is in excellent condition as is the letter from the local BSA chapter that approved it and provided instructions for its presentation to him in 1975.

For reference, the belt buckle is solid brass and is approximately 2 3/4" in diameter.

If you look online, just the belt buckle; without the documentation, runs $49.99 on Etsy, eBay, and specific Boy Scout memorabilia sites (see link below).
