VenmoEast Canyon Resort Class “D” with unlimited RV use, relative rights**, and use of park and wilderness areas. Relative Rights currently only availalbe through private sale.
**Relative Rights is a privilege included in select memberships that allow ECR members to add a direct family member (a parent or a child) to their membership and allow them access to the membership, whereas typically relatives do not have the ability to use your membership. For a $450 annual fee (which covers the entirety of the fiscal year in which it is purchased), this relative may be added and granted the ability to make reservations, stay at the resort, access private property, and use resort amenities without being accompanied by the owning member. Relative Rights memberships are no longer being sold, and it is likely that they will not be sold in the future. However, anyone who purchases a membership containing Relative Rights from a selling member will still have Relative Rights privileges included in their membership. Previously sold for $4,000.
All membership fees are current and $300 transfer fee will be paid by the buyer.
For health reasons, we are selling our 5th-wheel and can no longer enjoy the RV facilities at East Canyon Resort. We have been members for 11 years and have enjoyed our time there with our children and grandchildren.
East Canyon Resort is a 9,600-acre, member-owned, mountain paradise. The resort offers RV sites, condominiums, and wilderness camping. East Canyon Resort members also enjoy the use of tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, volleyball, horseshoes, mini-golf, shuffleboard, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, kiddie pool, splash pad, fishing, hiking, and 65 miles of ATV and hiking trails. East Canyon Resort offers rentals of the condominiums to non-members along with rentals of the Special Event Venues.
Boating, swimming, fishing or even just relaxing by the lake are options located only minutes away from the resort at East Canyon Reservoir. Tubing the Weber River or white-water rafting are located about half an hour away. For members and guests that love the winter weather, East Canyon Resort is only about an hour drive from many major ski resorts.
